The last time I visited Bali was when I was four years old. I had different shades of pink beads in my hair and a matching pink outfit! Going back after 14 years felt pretty surreal.
A pang of excitement gushed my veins as we landed in Bali, Indonesia. My dad went to Bali earlier so he was there to pick us up from the airport. The bustling streets and traffic that seemed to stretched on forever definitely welcomed us to Bali. The journey to our hotel was long and winding but good company made the journey worthwhile.
I must admit, I was very stressed and anxious the night before leaving to Bali. I had a LNAT exam to sit for and was trying to wrap everything up in time.
Unfortunately, my brother and I caught the "Bali Belly" during the trip and were bedridden for a day or two. Nevertheless, we did our best to enjoy our time there.
