I believe that guilt is the absence of thoughts. Guilt may come for the littlest of things to the biggest. We've all experienced guilt in our lives and we all react to it differently. Guilt leads to fear and fears leads to us doing thinks we don't completely think through. However, guilt can come from overanalysing and overthinking the smallest things.
I realised that guilt can also be avoided; to not relive the moment you're not proud of, to learn from your mistakes and move on. Living in guilt or running away from it won't ever help us grown, in fact, it could potentially kill us, but learning from guilt will.
Guilt does however make us more aware and try and avoid regretting silly mistakes in the future, so that's kind of good, I guess? I guess we all just need to be aware of our actions to avoid guilt and just be a good person in life.
Thanks for reading about my (confused) thoughts, I hope you won't live in guilt and have a great day x
