Artsy but Classy

Sometimes, we dress the way we feel. I like to think that the way we desire to dress reflects on the way we think and how we want to express ourselves. I would like to consider myself with a creative mind that needs a way of expressing that creativity. Most of the time I do that through paper, photographs and on screen, but fashion, is by far the most exciting.

I put together this outfit that captures the more creative side of me. Why? The shorts. I absolutely adore the high waisted shorts with gold rose like details and fairly artistic looking black strokes across the whole shorts which makes the shorts even more eye-catching. I paired this very unique shorts with a simple but shiny black crop-top. I like how they compliment each other and well, looks great together.

With this outfit, I carried a little black Kate Spade bag which is probably my favourite bag because of he little bits of gold detail that makes the whole bag look so appealing. For shoes, I wore rose patterned flats in black with a little ribbon in the front, which goes very well with the shorts.

This isn't a look which is too much and looks like you tried too hard, but also it looks like you made an effort to look and feel good. I wore this to a dinner I had with my family and I thought it was perfect! (and the food was delicious, mmm.)

Here are a few photos from a while back!
